Career Guidance

As several of our associates are qualified and registered with the British Psychological Society to undertake occupational testing we offer career guidance services in the form of Career Guidance Assessments.

Of course these associates are also Chartered Psychologists so have the necessary skills and experience to support the client during the assessment and feedback process.

When thinking about careers, whether just starting out or perhaps when considering a career change, people often wonder about their particular preferences, interests, abilities and personal strengths and how these relate to their career options. A career guidance assessment is a way of combining these questions into a comprehensive package which includes:

• a personal consultation / career interview
• psychometric assessment
• written report on findings
• personal feedback session
