Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is now considered a necessity, not a luxury for most senior managers or executives within both private and public organisations. It often takes the form of regular individual sessions with a 'coach' which provides an opportunity to explore the issues of relevance to performance and well being of the coachee as well as those they manage. Assessment & Development
As several of our associates are qualified and registered with the British Psychological Society to undertake occupational testing we offer a variety of psychometric testing services for ongoing employee assessment and developmental purposes.
A range of psychometric assessments and tests can be undertaken by an employee or group of employees to clarify questions around certain abilities, for example verbal or numerical reasoning, to better understand personality preferences or behavioural tendencies and to identify career interests.
These test results can be used in a number of ways:
- as guidance for training and developmental opportunities, for example by identifying areas of weakness that may require additional training.
- as guidance to organisations regarding strengths and needs of the individual to assist in best job / team placement and performance.
