Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is now considered a necessity, not a luxury for most senior managers or executives within both private and public organisations. It often takes the form of regular individual sessions with a 'coach' which provides an opportunity to explore the issues of relevance to performance and well being of the coachee as well as those they manage. Assessment & Development

As several of our associates are qualified and registered with the British Psychological Society to undertake occupational testing we offer a variety of psychometric testing services for ongoing employee assessment and developmental purposes.

A range of psychometric assessments and tests can be undertaken by an employee or group of employees to clarify questions around certain abilities, for example verbal or numerical reasoning, to better understand personality preferences or behavioural tendencies and to identify career interests.

These test results can be used in a number of ways:

as guidance for training and developmental opportunities, for example by identifying areas of weakness that may require additional training.
as guidance to organisations regarding strengths and needs of the individual to assist in best job / team placement and performance.
as an assessment of future potential and appropriate promotional opportunities.

Psychometric Testing

A range of psychometric assessments and tests can be undertaken by candidates to clarify questions around certain abilities, for example verbal or numerical reasoning, or to better understand personality preferences or behavioural tendencies. These test results when compared with pre determined requirements for the ideal post holder can be used to assist in the process of selecting the best candidate for your position.

Independent Advice

Phoenix Psychological Services are an independent supplier of psychometric test measures and are not tied to any of the psychometric test publishers, we are therefore perfectly placed to provide independent advice on the best selection test measures to implement within your selection process.

Flexible Services

Phoenix Psychological Services are able to offer a flexible range of services. We are able to conduct psychometric tests on your behalf, provide feedback and advise on the test findings. We are also able to assist in reviewing or designing your selection process, this is frequently achieved by providing one of our Occupational Psychologists to work alongside your Human Resources team.
