Ruth BillinghamRuth Billingham – Operations Manager

Ruth originally trained as a librarian and worked in the information field for 10 years until she retrained as a Person-centred Counsellor at Warwick University.  In this role she volunteered at the Queen Alexandra College, Harborne, Brook in Birmingham and the Samaritans.  She then moved to the NHS and was based in Birmingham and Hewell prisons where she therapeutically supported substance misusers both in custody and on release.  She has been with Phoenix Psychology since 2014 and oversees all companywide systems and procedures.

Jackie ChambersJackie Chambers – Admin Manager

Jackie previously worked as an administrative assistant in an NHS Adult Psychology service and then became the team secretary to the Learning Disability Psychology covering both children and adult clients. She progressed to Supervisor of the whole NHS Psychological Services administrative office. She joined Phoenix Psychology in January 2008 as an administrator and became the Admin Manager in April 2010.  She is the first point of contact for all clients and clinicians dealing with Phoenix Psychology.

Brian SedgwickBrian Sedgwick – Credit Control Manager/ Finance

Brian originally trained as a cost accountant followed by several years in industry, generally involved in financial management, costing, credit control and computer systems. In 1998 Brian re-trained as an IT support engineer and then spent a few years working in France. On returning to the UK Brian joined the team in May 2013 and has focus on invoicing and credit control.

Stacie RobinsStacie Robins – Accounts Administrator

Stacie has several years of Credit Management experience, within the Media, Electronics and Packaging industries. She has a proven track record of Cash Collections and process implementation.

Stacie joined Phoenix Psychology in February 2020 as an Accounts Administrator, to help with all aspects of the Finance department.
