“We have worked with Phoenix for the past 15 years. As we have grown and evolved, what I have valued most about our relationship is that Phoenix know us and our requirements.”
The flexibility provide by Phoenix must be commended as they always tried to accommodate the changing needs of the service…All of the Psychologists we have been privileged to work alongside have always maintained their professionalism which seems to be delivered from a base of knowledge, acceptance, willingness and compassion.
I believe your input to our carer’s lives is invaluable. Without you a lot of my carers would have really struggled to maintain their placement. The [X family] have said having a consultation with you has really helped them to understand their young person and could see the characteristics you were describing in her. It is really hard to be a supervisor and counsellor to our carers especially when they are in crisis and just having you there to support and guide them is so reassuring.
