Dr Rachel Goodall is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with Phoenix Psychology and has worked in adult mental health and physical health settings within the NHS since 2013.

Alongside supporting people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression and stress, she also specialises in supporting adults who have been diagnosed with an acute or long-term health conditions. She has experience of working in palliative care services and both in-patient and out-patient medical settings. Rachel is also experienced in providing reflective supervision to staff groups, offering consultation to teams, and facilitating teaching and education.

Rachel has been working as a Clinical Psychologist since she qualified in 2018 and uses an integrative approach to therapy, including models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship in helping people feel heard, understood, and connected, whilst looking to help clients develop the skills that they need to continue their progress long after therapy has finished.
